Leading Through Strengths

A leadership development programme built around Gallup CliftonStrengths®

Understand your strengths. Adapt your leadership. Help your team work better together.

I help managers translate CliftonStrengths insights into everyday leadership: how they communicate, delegate, support development and manage working relationships.

We start with your own profile and management style, then explore your team members’ profiles alongside yours. This helps us understand individual working relationships and how you lead the team as a whole. The programme can also include workshops or coaching with your team.

Who this programme is for

This programme is for managers and leaders who are:

  • Taking over a new team and want to understand the people they’ll be leading.
  • Looking to help their current team work more effectively and feel more motivated.
  • Preparing to lead people through change or restructuring.
  • Dealing with conflict or a difficult relationship within their team.
  • Managing people across locations and finding it harder to keep everyone connected and working together.

How we work

  1. 01

    You as a leader

    Your profile. Your impact.

We explore your CliftonStrengths profile and how your talents shape your decisions, expectations, communication and approach to managing people. We look at where your natural approach helps and where you may need to adapt.

  2. 02

    Your people

    Understand each person’s contribution.

We explore each employee’s CliftonStrengths profile alongside examples from their day-to-day work. You consider what they contribute, where they may need support and how to adapt your communication, delegation and development conversations.

  3. 03

    You + each person

    Understand what happens between you.

We compare your profile with each employee’s to explore how your ways of working interact. Where do you complement one another? Where might your expectations or approaches clash? We use these insights to identify practical changes you can make in how you manage that relationship.

  4. 04

    You + your team

Lead the team as a whole.

We bring the profiles together to explore the team’s collective strengths, recurring patterns and contributions that may be underused. We consider your influence on these dynamics and how you can support collaboration, shared responsibility and progress towards the team’s goals.

Working with your team

Put it into practice together.

A team workshop or team coaching.

I work with you and your team to explore individual and team strengths, understand different working styles and put these insights into practice, improving communication, collaboration and how you work towards shared goals.

Your wider leadership context

Throughout the programme, we consider the wider system in which you lead: your role, business priorities, organisational culture, stakeholders and relationships with other teams.

CliftonStrengths profiles are a starting point for exploration. We connect them with real situations, conversations and behaviours rather than treating them as fixed descriptions of people.

What you can put into practice

  • A clearer understanding of your management style and its impact.
  • Practical ways to adapt how you communicate, delegate and support each employee.
  • Actions to improve challenging working relationships.
  • A clearer picture of your team’s strengths and development needs.
  • Where team sessions are included, shared agreements about how to work together.

Programme format

The programme combines individual coaching for the manager with CliftonStrengths profile exploration and practical application between sessions.

We agree the focus, pace and number of sessions around your goals, team size and available profiles.

Team workshops or team coaching can be added as an optional extension.

Available in English and Polish.

CliftonStrengths assessments and profiles

We use your CliftonStrengths profile and those of participating team members. Existing results can be used; any additional assessments or individual feedback sessions are agreed before the programme begins.

Team members’ profiles are shared and used in this work with their agreement.
