When clients ask me to help
Managers have a major influence on engagement, and engagement shapes results: productivity, quality, customer experience and retention. Developing managers is therefore an important part of improving business performance.
How I work
My approach draws on Gallup’s strengths-based development and Hogan Assessment Systems, applied in three forms of coaching:
- ManagersDiscover your talents and how they relate to your role across executing, influencing, relationship building and strategic thinking. Learn to use them consciously, recognise the strengths of your team and identify any gaps.
- TeamsHelp each member understand their own strengths and contribution, and how the team can use its collective talents to raise engagement and performance.
- PartnershipsHelp two people work together more effectively through appreciation of their complementary strengths, a shared mission, trust, fairness and clear communication.
What you gain
Leaders who use their talents deliberately and consistently, understand the strengths and gaps in their teams, and create an environment where people are engaged and accountable.
